Sabbats

As the Wheel of the Year turns, many Pagan religions celebrate holidays or festivals commemorating phases of the changing seasons or holy days associated with specific forms of Deity. Each of these Sabbats have their own traditions and spiritual meanings.

Offerings of food, drink, various objects, etc. have been central in ritual veneration for millennia. The purposes of an offering are to benefit the venerated, show gratitude, and give something back, strengthening the bonds between humans and the Divine and between members of a community.
