Automatic mentor requests will allow you to view a list of available Mentors and request one by selecting them from the drop down menu.
Some of our Mentors have short Bios on the Staff page. This may also help you in selecting a Mentor.
Please keep in mind that only Supporting Students may request a Mentor, unless it is for the CWC101 Correllian Wicca 1st Degree course. All students can request a mentor for that class.
If you have not recorded a grade on a course in the Program you are being Mentored in for more than 90 days, you will be transferred from your Mentor to Mentor Support, and will be notified via the e-mail address on your WSI account. This action is not taken lightly and does NOT remove you from your program of study the Mentor was assigned to you for. We encourage students to work at their own pace, but in order to assure we have enough Mentors available for all active students this action is necessary. At any point in the future you wish to restart working on your Mentored Program by recording a lesson or course grade in the Mentored Program, please e-mail MentorSupport@Witchschool.com to request to be moved back to your original Mentor, if they have capacity under their Student Cap, or to select a new Mentor.
Mentors are available to Free Basic Students for all First Degree Correllian Priesthood students only. Mentors are available to Supporting Students for all courses offered at WSI.
Please keep in mind that a Letter of Recommendation from your Mentor is required for all Correllian Nativist Church Clergy Application processing. If you are on the path to Clergy or increasing your degree level, please request a Mentor early in your journey. The Mentor must have time to establish a relationship with you that will allow the Mentor to give you that required recommendation.
While our website is secure we do understand some people feel the need to hide their membership after it was created. It is suggested that you go to your Profile utilizing the icon in the upper right corner of the Dashboard or Main Site after logging in and put in a name that cannot be traced back to you.
To cancel an Active Subscription: Here's How:
If you purchased your subscription on the old website, i.e. before 11/05/2019, you will need to log into your PayPal account. Find your Recurring Payments page. Search for Correllian Education Ministry and select "Cancel" if you want to permanently cancel your subscription. Please be aware that if you decide to become a Supporting Member at future date it will be under the current pricing structure on the new site. Or, you can select "Suspend" and restart your existing subscription at the old website pricing structure at any future date.
As disclosed elsewhere on the website, ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. Once PayPal has processed a payment it will NOT be refunded. You will enjoy your Supporting Membership benefits until the next renewal date if the payment has already been processed. It is your responsibility to know your renewal date. It can be found on the Subscriptions Information tab of your Profile.
To apply for Clergy status you must have successfully completed all of the requirements as outlined in the Clergy Program under the tutelage of a WSI or Temple Mentor. A Letter of Recommendation from a Mentor is required as part of the Clergy application process. You must have started your Clergy journey at least a year and a day before your application is submitted. This is based on the date you register for the base courses, i.e., CWC101, CWC201, and CWC301 at WSI or started your Clergy journey at t Correllian Temple or Shrine.
Please note: Completing CWC101 is a pre-requisite for being able to register for CWC103. Completing CWC103 is a pre-requisite for being able to register for CWC104.
Witch School uses automated tests, even for Mentored Classes, because we have only so many Mentors in our system. Mentors volunteer their time and undertake a great deal of work in training students. Automated testing makes their work slightly easier, and allows them to assist more students.

There is no cost for Outer Court Membership. Once approved for Outer Court Membership, an electronic version of Outer Court Certificate will be emailed to you.
Alternatively, if you have had a recurring Supporting Membership and allow it to lapse, you will return to being a Basic Member, with access to only Basic Classes. However, your transcripts from Supporting Classes you have taken will be unaffected. To return to full access to Supporting Classes simply get a new Supporting Membership.
WSI uses the 4 point grading scale:
4.0 = A
3.0 = B
2.0 = C
1.0 = D
0.0 = F
There are times when Witchschool.com will send you e-mails utilizing the e-mail address on your account. These may be the Activation e-mail, Mentor Messages or Notes Alert e-mails, Password Reset e-mails, Newletters, etc. These may be blocked from delivery and WSI is notified that your e-mail was not delivered to you. We call these boomerangs.
To ensure you get all communications from WSI, please notify your e-mail provider that e-mails from Witchschool.com are NOT Spam. Each e-mail service has a different way of making that notification so you will have to determine the steps to do that based on who your e-mail account is with.
If you live outside of the United States, a company named SpamHaus is boomeranging your activation e-mails. There is nothing WSI can do to correct this. The company is only in beta and provides no recourse to WSI to prove the communications are desired by you. You will need to contact your e-mail provider and alert them that this is unacceptable and to approve Witchschool.com e-mails getting through to you.
Every student has the ability to opt in or opt out of WSI e-mail communications. When you created your account, it was part of your account registration. If you change your mind later, you can always change this on your Profile page. If you have been opted out but you didn't do that, we received a boomerang and deactivated it. Please do not reactivate it without taking the necessary steps with your e-mail provider.
WSI is blessed with many very dedicated Mentors who guide
our Students through their goals at WSI. Each of these mentors are volunteers
and mentor in addition to everything else in their lives. Each WSI Mentor has
completed the course(s) that they are mentoring for with a minimum grade of 3.0. They have also completed an extensive Mentor
training course which communicates the WSI Mentoring policies and teaches
Mentors how to guide their Students on the WSI website. Our Mentors for the Clergy training programs
at WSI are all ordained Clergy. Each Mentor is limited as to the number of Students
they can mentor at any one time, up to a maximum of 20.
· Your WSI Mentor will maintain a professional relationship with you. They should refrain from providing you any personal contact information other than their e-mail address. This is for their safety as we are dealing with the internet world through WSI.
· Mentors are to be responsive to your questions and concerns about your course work. Students should limit their scope on questions to the course/program being mentored for. Supporting Students can request Mentors for all courses at WSI so any questions related to other courses can be asked of those Mentors. Mentors should not be advising Students for courses or programs they are not assigned to the Mentor for.
· If you are being mentored for a Clergy program, the Mentor should communicate all the requirements for that program early in your mentoring relationship. If you are a returning Student, the Mentor should provide you a listing of requirements you have yet to complete for the Mentored program.
· The Mentor is prohibited from requiring any additional work, or attendance at rituals or study groups, in relationship to the courses they mentor you for beyond what is required by WSI. The First Priesthood and WSI Board have defined the curriculum and requirements for courses and programs. Every Student at WSI should receive the same training as other WSI Students in the same course/program.
If the Mentor is a Shrine or Temple head, they should
not solicit you to join their groups, but you can ask to join, if you wish. The Mentor then has the right to make the
decision that is best for their group. Please respect that decision, no matter
what it is.
Students are encouraged to work at their own pace, but Students are also held accountable to produce work in their mentored program at least every 90 days by producing a test grade or submitting required off-line work. This is known as the 90 Day Rule at WSI and is meant to recognize that sometimes the Student needs to prioritize other life realities ahead of their WSI journey. It is also meant to keep a Mentor’s Student list comprised of Students who are currently focused on their studies since the Mentor is limited by a Student cap.
· If the Student does not produce any work for the mentored course after 90 days, they are removed from their Mentor’s Student list.
If work has been produced but just not within
the past 90 days, the Student is reassigned to Mentor Support. At the time of the transfer, the Student’s
progress and Mentor information is recorded.
Should the Student who has been transferred to Mentor Support wish to return to their studies at a later date, they can pick up where they left off and be assigned to a Mentor after producing a grade in the mentored program. It is possible that the returning Student may not be able to be reassigned to their original Mentor due to Student cap limitations. If that occurs, the Student will be placed with another available Mentor. The returning Student also may elect to work with a different available Mentor instead of returning to their original Mentor.
There are very well laid out Mentor communication policies at WSI. Each Mentor is required to communicate as follows:
1) A welcome letter should be sent to the new Student within 72 hours of being assigned to a Student.
2) The Mentor will do a check in with the Student about 2 weeks after being assigned to the Mentor to see how they are settling into the course work.
3) If the Student has not been in contact with the Mentor, the Mentor will reach out to the Student on a monthly basis to check on their progress in the course work and to offer an opportunity to ask questions.
4) The Mentor is required to response to all Student contacts within 72 hours unless they have notified the Student that they are out of the office for a specified period of time.
5) If the Mentor does not know the answer to a Student’s question, they are responsible for researching the answer or asking another WSI Mentor or WSI Dean so that they can respond to the Student. The Mentor should let the Student know the answer may be delayed awaiting on those reach out responses.
6) If a Student has not produced any work in the mentored courses for 60 days, the Mentor will reach out and remind them of the 90 Day Rule, asking the Student if there is anything they can do to help the Student to produce work in the next 30 days.
7) If the Student has not produced any work in that next 30 days, the Student is removed from the Mentor’s Student list and that action is communicated to the Student.
8) Upon completion of a General Studies course by the Student, the Mentor will reach out to the Student with a goodbye e-mail to let them know they are removing them from their Student list for the completed course.
9) Upon completion of a Clergy program, the Mentor will reach out to the Student with guidance on how to submit their application to the Correllian Nativist Church for elevation to Clergy or a higher Degree of Clergy standing.
As with Students, sometimes life jumps up and the Mentor
needs to step back from Mentoring for a period of time. Should this occur, they must reach out to a
Dean of Mentoring and adjust their availability flag on the WSI Site so that no
more Students can select the Mentor for training. The Mentor will indicate with their
communications to a WSI Dean if they feel they have the capacity to continue to
Mentor their current Students within the WSI Mentoring policies or if they will
need to have them reassigned. If the Students
must be reassigned a Dean of Mentoring will reach to the impacted Students and
make that transition to a new Mentor as smooth as possible. When the Mentor is ready to return to
Mentoring, the Student will have the choice to return to their original Mentor
or to remain with their new one.
It is hope sharing this information on the WSI Mentoring policies will help
each mentored Student know what to expect from their Mentor. If a Student has any additional questions
regarding their expectations from our WSI Mentors, they can send those

Our Mentors are a large part of the WSI value proposition for our Students. We
fully understand that the Mentor represents the Tradition to the Student. We also fully understand that each Mentor is
a volunteer and is highly respected and valued by WSI. WSI could not offer the
exception education opportunities we do without them.
If at any time a Student feels that their Mentor is not complying with the standards of service contained in WSI Mentoring policies, the Student is asked to reach out to a Dean of Mentoring by e-mailing the particulars of the situation to MentorSupport@Witchschool.com. The Student’s concerns will be taken seriously. A Dean of Mentoring will reach out to the Mentor for clarification. The Dean will work with the Mentor and the Student to fully understand the situation. If it is found that the WSI Mentoring Policies have been disregarded, corrective action will be taken up to and including reassigning the Student to a new WSI Mentor or the removal of the Mentor from the WSI Mentoring program. Should that occur, any impacted Students will be transitioned to a new WSI Mentor as smoothly as possible.
